こんにちは。渡邉です。
今日は新しい年度の始まりと同時に内定者が初めて社員として出社する日です。
今年は大学生1名、専門学校生1名を採用することができました。
2011年入社式を先ほど終えたのですが、
新しい社員のやる気と、先輩社員のまたよりいっそう頑張ろうという気持ちの
両方が垣間見れたよい式でした。
うちのような小さな会社に入ってくれたこと、
そして、ご両親には、不安もある中、ご了承して頂いたことに
まずは感謝する気持ちでいっぱいです。
期待して入ってもらった社員のためにも、もちろん全ての社員のためにも
「この会社に入ってよかったな」 と思ってもらえる会社にしなければと
強く感じます。夢としてはその社員の子供にも親として自分の会社を薦められる
ような会社に出来れば素晴らしいことだと思います。
よりよい会社にしていくためには、凄く長い道のりにはなりますが、
僕自身も新しい気持ちでスタートできたとてもよい日でした。
やってしまったのは、平成23年4月1日と読む所を平成23日とありえない
間違い方をしてしまったこと。。。 ちょっと場が和んだのでまあいいですけどね＾＾；
実は自分で自覚するほどの天然なのです（笑）
